Unfortunately, no, you don't get to keep it.  We are a rental service.

What areas do you service?

Depending on availability, we can sometimes service out of our terrriory for an added fee.  We are part of a larger affiliate group of 700+ locations across the US.  You can also visit www.SignGypsies.com and enter your zipcode to find the closest affiliate to your area!

When are the signs setup?

Accepted Answer

Signs are delivered during the evening hours, the day before your celebration OR the morning of your celebration-- as requested on the booking form.  We can not provide a specific time for arrival, as we place & pickup signs in the best order for that particular day. 
School or non-surprise signs are often setup prior to evening or surprise setups.

Do you take last minute orders?

Yes!  If we have the availability and the inventory we can do next day orders!

How long will the sign stay in my yard?

Accepted Answer

SUMMER HOURS (May-July): Signs are setup in the morning hours & picked up the following morning.
REGULAR HOURS (Aug-April): Signs are setup in the evening hours & picked up the following evening.
 We do offer additional days if you'd like to keep the sign for an extended period of time (if we have the availability).  
*We can not guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time, as it varies from day to day depending on location of other signs & time spent at location

Do I need to be there for set up or tear down?

Accepted Answer

Nope!  You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest!  You are free to let us know your preference for yard placement, but we try to place our signs in a highly visible area, and we always text you a photo of the finished product when we leave!

Question 8

What if it rains or we have severe weather?  Are your greetings waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our signs are waterproof!  We will even set up in the rain, as long as there is NO lighting!  Occassionally severe weather will prevent us from setting up entirely or leaving the setup up.  In the event we have to cancel or change the timing of your greeting, you will be notified in as advance as possible.

Can I setup or take down the sign myself?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no.  Our signs must be setup by trained Sign Gypsies.  This ensures you receive the best greeting possible & will be a true reflection of our brand standards.  Setups must be handled in the same manner to avoid damage to the signs.  We thank you for your understanding!
